Settings – Organisation Settings – Cancel Subscription

This option will show the details of the package you have chosen like amount paid, location(s), usage is monthly/annually and renewal date. In case you want to cancel the subscription or change the plans, both options are provided.

• Tap on Settings on the home page
• Tap on Organisation Settings
• Tap on Subscription
• Tap on Cancel Subscription
• Tap Yes and you have successfully cancelled your subscription.
