New Customer – Using Mobile Number

You can create a new customer using the customer’s mobile number. This options is recommended if customer does not have Reward Cards Application. Read the below steps to do so

  • On the Home page, tap on New Customer.
  • Tap on Using Mobile Number option
  • Input customer’s name and mobile number. Remember this mobile number has to be unique (meaning it should not be used by another customer.)
  • Tap on Save to create a new customer.

After the new customer is created you will see the customer’s detailed information screen. Here you can insert additional information if you have them otherwise you can skip this screen.

Once customer record is created, we would recommend to share link to reward cards, so they can download it. This is help to keep reward process transparent and easy for you and your customer.
