New Customer – Scan Custom QR Code

You can create a new customer by scanning a custom QR code. You should this option if you already have a QR code printed with a unique customer number. To create a new customer by scanning a custom QR code follow the below steps.

• On the Home page tap on a new customer.
• Tap on Scan Custom QR code menu item.
• Scan QR code and enter a customer name.
• Tap on Save to create the new customer.

After new customer is created you will see customer detail information screen. Here you can insert additional information if your have them otherwise you can skip this screen.

Once customer record is created, we would recommend to share link to reward cards, so they can download it. This is help to keep reward process transparent and easy for you and your customer.
