Settings – Organisation Settings – Users

This option is used to manage access to the app for your organisation. The user screen will show a list of users who already has access. You can also give access to your new employee. To give access to your employee, follow the below steps.

  • Tap on Settings on Home Page
  • Tap on Organisation Information
  • Tap on the Users menu item. This will open the User screen.
  • Tap on the plus icon to create new users.
  • Enter the required information on the new user screen and tap on Add.
  • You will get confirmation of the added user and the user will appear in the list in User screen.

Now you can share username and password you have created with your employee. Don’t forget to ask them to change the password after logging in.
