Redeem – Using Unique number/ID

This option is used to search customers using their unique number/ID which you would have used to create the customer and Redeem an offer for that customer. To Redeem, using this option follow the below steps.

• Tap on Redeem on the Home page
• Tap on Using Unique number/ID. This will open a new screen where you can search for a customer using a unique number/ID.
• Start typing unique number/ID to search for customers.
• Once you find the customer tap on their name to move on to the next screen for redeeming.
