Redeem – Using Email

This option is used to Redeem Stamp or Point which the customer has accumulated over a period of time. To redeem using this option follow the below steps.

• Tap on Redeem on the Home page
• Tap on Using Email. This will open a new screen where you can search for a customer using their email.
• Start typing the Email to search for the customer.
• Once you find the customer, tap on their name to move on to the next screen for redeem.
