Messages – SMS/Text

This option is used to send SMS (or text message) to your customer. It can for anything like about your ongoing offers, upcoming offers, promotion offers, announcement. This option only works if you have collected the customer’s mobile number and they have opted in for mobile communication.

To send SMS to all customers follow the below steps.

• Tap on Message on Home screen.
• Tap on SMS/Text in the pop-up menu.
• Type in a text message and tap on Send. Maximum 160 characters are allowed for SMS.

You can see how many customers will be sent SMS from the list of your total customers. One SMS credit is used to send one SMS. You will receive limited/unlimited SMS credit based on your subscription. If you want to send more SMS then you will have to buy additional SMS credits.
