Messages – Email

This option is used to send emails to your customers. You can email about your ongoing offers, upcoming offers, promotion offers, announcements. This option only works if you have added a customer’s email and they have opted in for email communication.

To send mail to all customers follow the below steps.

• Tap on Message on Home screen.
• Tap on Email in the pop-up menu.
• Complete the email entry form and tap on Send.

You can see how many customers will be sent an email from your total list of customers. One email credit is used to send one email. You will receive limited/unlimited email credit based on your subscription. If you want to send more emails then you will have to buy additional email credits.
