Tap on the Reward Stamp button on the Stamp screen.
Ask the customer to open your card on their device. Hold customer card under the scanner and scan it. In case it is not scanning, you can enter the card number manually.
Select offer, if you have multiple offers running to reward stamp for a particular offer.
Enter the no. of stamps you want to reward. Also, enter the optional invoice number and invoice amount, if your organisation is tracing this information for advance reporting.
Tap on Send Stamps button to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation message on process completion.
Your customer will see points on their device. If not appeared directly then they can refresh the screen to see the point. Swipe down to refresh the screen. This will only work if your customer has an internet connection.
