How to allow access to my employee?

  1. Tap on Settings on the Home screen >> Tap on Organization Information >> Tap on Users
  2. Tap on the plus icon on the top left corner. Enter your employee name and create a password for them. (they can change their password once they login.)
  3. Tap on the Add button to complete the process. You will get a confirmation message on completion.
  4. Once a user is created Go to the Users screen to check the added user in the list.
  5. Now a user is added. You can send them an invitation using the Invite button.
  6. Tap on the invite button and select the option to send a message to your employees. Your employee will receive a download link in the message.
  7. Once your employee receives a message. Ask them to click on the link in the message to download the Reward Stamp App
  8. Once the app is downloaded ask them to click on the link again to login. They will see the login screen.
  9. Select a username from the list and enter a password to login.
