Redeem – Search Customer

This option is used to search customers and Redeem offers for that customer. Mostly used if the customer does not have their card but you still want to redeem for them. To Redeem using this option follow the below steps.

• Tap on Redeem on the Home page
• Tap on Search Customer. This will open new screen where you can search for customer.
• Start typing to search for the customer. You can search customer using their name, mobile number, reward card number, email address, unique ID.
• Once you find customer tap on their name to move on to next screen for redeem.
