Reward – Search Customer

This option is used to search customer and Reward offer for that customer. Mostly used if the customer does not have their card but you still want to reward stamp/point to them. To Reward using this option follow the below steps.

• Tap on Reward on the Home page
• Tap on Search Customer. This will open a new screen where you can search for that customer manually.
• Start typing to search for the customer. You can search the customer using their name, mobile number, reward card number, email address or unique ID.
• Once you find the customer tap on their name to move on to the next screen for a reward.
