Reward – Using unique number/ID

This option is used to search customers using a unique number/ID which you have used to create the customer and Reward the offer for that customer. To reward using this option follow the below steps.

• Tap on Reward on the Home page
• Tap on Using a unique number/ID. This will open a new screen where you can search for the customer using a unique number/ID
• Start typing the unique number/ID to search for the customer.
• Once you find the customer, tap on their name to move on to the next screen for a reward.
