Reward – Scan Reward Card

This option is used to reward when customer is using Reward Cards App and they have your card on their phone. To reward using Reward Cards QR code follow below step.

• Tap on Reward on the Home page
• Tap on Scan Reward Card QR Code. This will open a new QR code scanner screen where you can scan QR code from the customer’s phone.
• Ask them to open your card on their phone. And hold the QR code under your QR code scanner screen.
• Once the code is scanned it will open the reward screen, where you can reward them with the required offer.
