Data menu item used, to import and export data from Reward Stamp App. This is …useful if you want to use data outside of the system like CRM or POS application etc. This option is only allowed from the web version of the application. You cannot import or export data from a mobile device. This can export full customer data with reward-redeem details. If you already have customer data, then the import function can be very handy to create all reward cards in one go. It can also be used to adjust customer data if you want. It requires a special data file format to be imported. See our help section for more information on import and export.

In this video, I will show you how you use various options and features on the Customer screen.
This screen shows all customers, whom you have issued digital cards. You …can use this screen to add new customers or search for existing customers.
Use plus icon to add a new customer. It will open up the same menu item as you see on the home screen new customer menu. See the video for the new customers to know about each option of this menu item. You will find this video in our video tutorial section.
Use the search box to search for customers. You can search by customer name, reward card number, mobile number, email address, or unique ID. To search for a specific customer start typing in the search box. The result will start appearing once you typed in at least 3 characters.
To open a customer record tap on any customer record. It will open the customer record with all the details including stamp or point history. To perform various actions on this customer record tap on the person icon on the top right corner. It will show all the available actions required for customer records. It includes
Reward option to issue reward stamp or point to the customer,
Redeem option to redeem stamp or point from the customer,
Cash Coupons option is to manage coupons issue to customer,
Share option is to share the link of Reward Card with the customer,
Message option is to send notification, SMS or email to customer,
Edit Customer option is to change customer record,
Communication Preference option is to set communication preference from the customer as per GDPR requirement
and last Delete option is to delete the customer record. Remember once deleted customer cannot be recovered. So be careful while deleting customer records.[+] Show More

In this video, I will show you various options to create a new customer record in Reward Stamp App and issue a digital reward card. These options give you the …flexibility to use the application in various scenarios.
There are five ways, you can create a customer record in the application, as you can see here on the screen.
The first option is “Using Reward Cards Profile”. In this option, your customer first downloads the Reward Cards App on their phone and sets up their profile. Once it is done, you can scan their profile to create a new customer. After the customer record is created, your customer should see your card in their app. This is the recommended option to create new customers, as this gives you an option to stay in touch with your customer. Your customer can see rewarded stamps or points, your promotional offers, your social media, and your business information on their phone. You can also send mobile notifications to them. So it is the most transparent way for you and your customer.
The second option is “Using Mobile Number”. You should only use this option if customers don’t have Reward Cards App. In this option, you use the customer’s mobile number to create a new record and share the link via SMS to download Reward Cards App. Your customer can download Reward Cards App using the link in SMS. Once the app is downloaded, they have to click on the same link to receive your card in Reward Cards App. Remember customers must use the same mobile number to set up Reward Cards App, which you have used while creating their record. If they have used a different mobile number, then they will not see your card in their app. Here your customer may choose not to download Reward Cards App. It will still work from your side, the only thing is that you have to search customers by mobile number while rewarding them. Remember that mobile number has to be unique for each customer. You cannot create more than one customer with the same mobile number.
The third option is “Using Email Address”. We recommend using this option only if the previous two options cannot be used. In this option you use the customer’s email address, to create a new customer record. Once the record is created, you can share the link via email to download Reward Card and to receive your reward card. The link will work the same as the link in the SMS option. Customer clicks once to download Reward Cards App and click again after profile set up to receive your card. Like in the previous option customer must set up their Reward Cards App with the same email as you have used to create the card. Again here your customer may choose not to download Reward Cards App. It will work the same way as we have done for mobile numbers. Again I would like to mention that like in the mobile number, the email address must be unique for each customer.
The fourth option is “Using a Unique number or ID”. This should be used if you want to use some unique number like ID from your CRM system, driving license number, tax number, etc, which will uniquely identify your customer. This option is mostly used by businesses, who already have some form of customer identity. And they want to use the same identity. Here unique number can be any number or code. The only condition is it has to be unique per customer.
The fifth option is to “Scan Customer Code”. This option can only be used if you already have a QR code generated for customers. And want to use the same code as the card number in our system. Normally our system will generate a card number for each customer record you create in the system. But with this option, you can use your existing number as a card number. To allow the customer to see your cards in the Reward Cards app, enter a mobile number or email address to match their Reward Cards Profile.[+] Show More

For example

These offers will appear when you will reward points to your customer. Reward offers are used to measure how customers are spending.
The second option is Redeem offers. This option is used to create an offer, which can be used to redeem points from your customer.
For example
Collect 1000 points and get a 10 percent discount
or collect 1000 points and get a free delivery
or collect 1000 points and get a free meal
or collect 1000 point and get a 10 dollars discount
etc.
These offers will appear when you redeem points from your customer. Redeem offers are used to measure how often customers are returning to your business.
The third option is Promotional offers. This option is to create offers, which are available to your customer in the offer section of the Reward Cards App. These offers are not linked to any reward and loyalty. For example

This option is used by businesses, which has limited product or services on the list. like Cafe, Hairdresser, Beauty Salon, Vet clinic, Fitness Classes, Yoga Classes, Restaurants, Pizza Shops, Car Wash, Garages, etc.
Here, customer reward is predefined, in the form of a stamp card. And the customer is aware of what is expected if they reach certain stamps.
In the point system, you issue points to your customers for their purchases. For example, get a point for each mile traveled or get a point for each dollar spent or get a point for every 10 dollars spent.
This option is used by the business, which has a big list of products or services. like grocery store pharmacy, clothing store, or superstore. It can also be used by, businesses with high price items. like airlines, hotels, tours and travel, brand store, car dealer, etc.
Here, customers simply keep collecting points. And they are rewarded regularly in form of discounts or cash coupons or freebies based on business strategy. Customer does not know what they will be getting while collecting points. They simply collect points, while purchasing. and sometime in the future, they will use that point to get their reward.
Now you know both options the stamp system and the point system. Select the reward system which you think, best suits your business.

In this video, I will show you all available reports in Reward Stamp App.
The first and most important section of the report is Loyalty Metrics. There are four major metrics, …we measure for customer loyalty. The first report in this section shows all four metrics. It shows metrics value since your reward program started. And remaining four report shows month by month progress for those metrics.
Let’s see which are four important metrics we measure.
The first metrics is Repeat Purchase Rate. This metrics shows the percentage rate of your repeat customer. It means what percentage of your customer is a regular customer. If the percentage ranges between 20 to 40%, then the Repeat Purchase Rate is good. You should look to improve these metrics to improve your revenue.
The second metrics is Redemption Rate. This metrics give you a percentage of your customer who is redeeming your offers. This gives you an indication of how good your offer is. If this number is less than 20% then you should look to improve your offer. This indicates that your customers are not interested in your offers. They might not feel your offer good enough to get redemption.
The third metrics is Revenue per customer. This metrics indicated how much revenue you are generating per customer. This metrics helps you optimise your service and products by increasing revenue per customer. Keep eye on this metrics to make sure you change your offerings to increase revenue per customer. Remember that this metics is only available if you enter invoice amount while rewarding your customer.
The fourth metrics is Average Order Value. This metrics indicates how much money customers spend on a single visit. There is no ideal number for this metrics. In general more the better. You should aim towards increasing this number buy up selling. This metrics only available if you enter amount values while rewarding or redeeming your customer in Reward Stamp App. Like previous metrics, this metics is only available if you enter invoice amount while rewarding your customer.
The second section in the report is customer activity. Currently, it has one report which shows who is the top regular customer. This report shows which customers most regularly visits you. These are really your loyal customer. You should use them as your advocate for your business. You look to entertain and encourage them. So they can be the walking advertisement of your business. I would suggest every business should have some of those very regular customers who advocate for you on their circle particularly on social media.
Next 2 sections in Report namely Summary and Detail report. Both reports show similar information presented in different ways. The summary report shows information aggregated for time points. whereas the details report shows information for individual time points. For example. If you select a weekly report for the period of one month then, in summary, it will show Monday to Sunday with average reward-redeem. wherein details report you will see Monday to Sunday repeated at least 4 times with reward-redeem for an individual day. This report helps you identify various critical information about your business. For example, it can give the below information.
Most and Least busy hour of the day.
Most and least busy day of the week.
Most and least busy day of the month.
Most and least busy month of the year.
This helps you to improve your business by promoting your business, by adjusting your staff or by changing your business timing etc. If you collect data for enough period of time and optimise your business according then you can achieve maximum revenue with the minimum resource. As I mentioned, the only important condition for best business optimisation is data collection. You must allow data to be collected for a long enough period to measure this. I would recommend at least 6 months to see and identify trends in data.[+] Show More

The third metrics is Revenue per customer. This metrics indicated how much revenue you are generating per customer. This metrics helps you optimise your service and products by increasing revenue per customer. Keep eye on this metrics to make sure you change your offerings to increase revenue per customer. Remember that this metics is only available if you enter invoice amount while rewarding your customer.
The fourth metrics is Average Order Value. This metrics indicates how much money customers spend on a single visit. There is no ideal number for this metrics. In general more the better. You should aim towards increasing this number buy up selling. This metrics only available if you enter amount values while rewarding or redeeming your customer in Reward Stamp App. Like previous metrics, this metics is only available if you enter invoice amount while rewarding your customer.
The second section in the report is customer activity. Currently, it has one report which shows who is the top regular customer. This report shows which customers most regularly visits you. These are really your loyal customer. You should use them as your advocate for your business. You look to entertain and encourage them. So they can be the walking advertisement of your business. I would suggest every business should have some of those very regular customers who advocate for you on their circle particularly on social media.
Next 2 sections in Report namely Summary and Detail report. Both reports show similar information presented in different ways. The summary report shows information aggregated for time points. whereas the details report shows information for individual time points. For example. If you select a weekly report for the period of one month then, in summary, it will show Monday to Sunday with average reward-redeem. wherein details report you will see Monday to Sunday repeated at least 4 times with reward-redeem for an individual day. This report helps you identify various critical information about your business. For example, it can give the below information.
Most and Least busy hour of the day.
Most and least busy day of the week.
Most and least busy day of the month.
Most and least busy month of the year.
This helps you to improve your business by promoting your business, by adjusting your staff or by changing your business timing etc. If you collect data for enough period of time and optimise your business according then you can achieve maximum revenue with the minimum resource. In this video, I will show you options available to send messages to get in touch with your customer.
There are three options, available in the Reward Stamp App to communicate …with your customer.
The first option is Reward Cards Notification. This option is used to send mobile notifications to the Reward Cards App. This option will only work if your customer has downloaded the Reward Cards App and received your Reward Card. We recommend this option because it quick, easy, and cost-effective option to send messages to your customer. So if your customer does not have Reward Cards App on their phone then encourage them to download it. Notification is used to send short and quick messages.
The second option is SMS or Text message. This option is used to send your customers SMS on their number. This option is helpful if your customers are not actively connected to the internet. These messages are delivered as far as your customers are under mobile network coverage. I would like to remind you that this option is, only useful if you have the valid mobile number of your customer. And it has a limit to send a maximum of 160 characters per message. This limitation may vary if you send non-English messages.
The third option is Email. This option is used to send a message which has long information. Notification and SMS are mostly used to send short messages, while email has practically no limitation for message length. I would like to remind you that this option is only, useful if you have a valid email address from the customer.
All three options can be used to send bulk messages or send messages to individual customers. To send bulk messages use options from the Messages button on the home page. And to send an individual message to a particular customer, use the Customers screen and search for a particular customer. Once you find the customer open the customer details screen and use a message from the More menu on the top right corner. There are two ways you can access customer record to reward them.
The first option is “Scan Reward Card” …from Reward Cards App. If the customer has the Reward Cards app, ask them to open your card in their app and present it to you. You use the first option from the Reward menu item. And scan the QR code. Then continue the rewarding process.
The second option is “Search Customers”. This option is used, if the customer does not have the Reward Cards App, or they don’t have their phone with them. You can use customer name, reward card number, mobile number, email address, or unique ID to search for the customer record. Select the “Search Customer” option and start typing to search for customer record. You need to type in at least 3 characters before the app starts searching for customers. Once you find the customer record, open the customer record by tapping on it. Then continue the rewarding process as usual.[+] Show More
